Development, growth and improvement is what the community needs.
The metro has opened applications for Grant-in-Aid which gives financial aid to non-profit organisations, and it places high priority on those that focus on the following:
• Sport, recreation, arts and culture and social development
• Local economic development and job creation
• Health and social development

Grant applications for 2019/2020 are now available at all Customer Care Centres, as well as the Grant-in-Aid administrative support office at the metro’s head office in Germiston.
The metro encourages all residents who run organisations to apply before the closing date on November 29.
