Police share their successes

The Primrose police share their latest arrest statistics.

The Primrose police arrested 14 suspects between September 4 and 11.

This is according to the latest arrest statistics released by the station.

The accused were charged with a number of different offences.

Charges included domestic violence, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, common assault, business break-in, driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drugs, possession of suspected stolen property, malicious damage to property, illegal possession of suspected stolen property, rape and intimidation

The Primrose SAPS station commander, Col Albertina Vesi, thanked everyone who contributed to the successful arrests.

Most of the suspects appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court where their cases were postponed for various reasons, while others paid admission of guilt fines at the station and were released.
