Avril Elizabeth celebrates a successful high tea

Locals attend a stunning high tea in support of Avril Elizabeth Home.

Avril Elizabeth Home hosted a spectacular high tea last Saturday to raise much-needed funds.

The home cares for 148 intellectually and physically disabled children and adults.

Anne Fuller (motivational speaker) and Carol Büsier (general manager of Avril Elizabeth Home) embrace in celebration of the success of the high tea hosted at Avril Elizabeth Home last Saturday.

The fund-raiser was in support of the care provided to the residents.

The event welcomed guest speaker, Anne Fuller, who gave a heart-warming motivational talk and Kim Kidson from doTERRA South Africa who gave a presentation on the benefits of essential oils.

Nikita Ford showed her support for Avril Elizabeth Home by attending the home’s high tea last Saturday.

The Jeppe High School for Boys Marimba Band wowed guests with their skillful marimba techniques which filled the venue with sweet melodies.
