Junior rugby players can learn new skills at club

If you love rugby, why not join the Elsburg Eagles Junior Rugby Club?

Elsburg Eagles Junior Rugby Club offers rugby coaching for players from six to 18 years old.

The Eagles’ coaches want to develop the players’ skills and abilities and aim to improve every player.

The Eagles also play league matches in the competitive Valke Rugby League.

Practices have already started and these take place every Monday and Wednesday from 5.45pm to 7pm at the Elspark Sports Grounds, situated on the corner of Heidelberg and Egret roads in Elspark.

The club is hosting a rugby clinic on June 8 for players from u-6 to u-18.

It is an open clinic and all players of all levels are welcome to attend.

There is no charge for the clinic.

Registration is at 8.30am and the clinic runs from 9am to noon.

The clinic forms part of the club’s sports upliftment programme in the area.
