A Hyundai H100 belonging to Kitchen & Granite Company was hijacked in Boksburg at 11.30am, last Tuesday.
The company alerted its vehicle company which in turn gave the information to the EMPD SWAT members.
Members responded swiftly and were able to locate the hijacked vehicle at 11.45am on Heidelberg Road in Germiston.
The suspects had abandoned the vehicle.
The recovered Hyundai was taken to the SAPS Van Ryn Deep pound in Benoni for further investigation and safekeeping.
