Germiston Association for the Aged gets out into the community

Elderly community members learn more about Germiston Association for the Aged

Germiston Association for the Aged (Gafa) handed out free pancakes to residents over 60 outside Ackermans Pharmacy in Primrose, on Wednesday.

The team also took the opportunity to share more information about the organisation with the residents.

Gafa started in 1965 with the Protea Old Age Home and now has three retirement homes, three assisted-living houses and two service centres, namely the Makause Developing Service Centre in the Makause informal settlemen
