Ekurhuleni’s executive mayor Clr Mzwandile Masina will deliver the State of the City Address (SOCA) on March 27 at the Germiston Council Chambers.

Masina will reflect on the strides the metro has made in delivering quality services to its residents, a point already noted by the Gauteng City-Region Observatory (GCRO) Quality of Life (QoL) Survey 2017/2018, which rated the metro as the Best Performing Metro in the Gauteng Province.

He will also reflect on how the metro has continued to revitalise the local economy through good governance and socio-economic transformation.

Provision has been made for public viewing in all communities and live-streaming on community radio stations and social media.

The SOCA will start at 10am.
