Hoërskool Primrose High School was pleased with its learners’ 2018 matric results.

André Grobler, principal of Hoërskool Primrose High School, was in high spirits on Friday when he shared the school’s 2018 matric results.

“From the 174 learners who wrote the exams 162 passed which translates to a 93.1 per cent pass rate,” he said.

“We are very proud of our Grade 12 learners.

“It was a tough year for us, but we did well and we’re satisfied,” Grobler said.

He went on to compliment the school’s dedicated teachers.

“I don’t think enough credit is given to the teachers, not just at our school but everywhere, and I thank our wonderful educators for all their hard work.

“The credit for our results really does go to our educators, who took time from their holidays, weekends and stayed after school to assist our learners,” he said.

Grobler wishes the class of 2018 all the best as they head out into the world.
