All hands on deck to restore water supply to Palm Ridge and Vosloorus

Roving water tankers have been dispatched to supply water to affected residents.

Technicians are working around the clock to reinstate the water supply to affected customers in Palm Ridge and Vosloorus.

This follows a leak that was discovered in the 600mm main feeder line from Rand Water to Palm Ridge reservoirs and resulted in a huge drop in water retention.

While all hands are on deck to restore water, roving water tankers have been dispatched to supply water to affected residents.

Customers will be kept updated on the progress and any developments with regard to the repairs.

The metro apologises for any inconvenience caused.
