Youngsters kick-start their hospitality careers

Peermont Hotel School graduates thrilled to be joining the workforce.

A number of Germiston and Katlehong residents have reason to smile as they can now look forward to a brighter future having recently graduated from the Peermont Hotel School (PHS) at Emperors Palace.

They successfully completed skills courses as chefs, waitrons and housekeepers, respectively.

Fully-funded by the Peermont Community Benefit Trust, an Emperors Palace CSI initiative, the students, along with other youngsters from Ekurhuleni, spent four months undergoing theoretical and practical training to give them a qualification and a better chance at employment and a career in the hospitality industry.

To follow in these students’ footsteps, apply for a PHS scholarship now by visiting www.peermonthotelschool.co.za.
