Police crack down on criminals in Primrose

Primrose police share their latest arrest statistics.

Twenty-four suspects were arrested for various offences in Primrose.

The arrests were made between March 14 and 24, this is according to the latest arrest statistics released by the Primrose Police Station.

Charges included possession of drugs, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, theft, dealing in drugs, possession of suspected stolen property, business break-in, fraud, shoplifting and warrant of arrest.

The Primrose SAPS’ acting station commander Lt Col Mbazima Maswanganyi thanked everyone who contributed to the successful arrests.

Most of the suspects appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court where some had their cases postponed for various reasons while others paid admission of guilt fines and were released.
