Children of Hawk Academy thrilled with Christmas surprise

Mamba Security and the Red Bin Brigade make Christmas special for the children of Hawk Academy in Primrose.

There was a smile on each Hawk Academy learner’s face as volunteers from Mamba Security and the Red Bin Brigade handed out special Christmas treats.

The recent visit to the school, which was started in 2016 with only 456 learners, saw a special visit from Father Christmas and his pixie helpers.

Elaine Griffin and Cindy Herbst from Mamba Security, Hennie and Terry van der Merwe and Sonje Wheeler from the Red Bin Brigade, Amanda Paixao from OK Value Centre and volunteers Hennie Steyn and Bianca Bannister had a great time spreading some Christmas cheer.
