Wendy Morgan, Ward 36 councillor writes:

Please note that I will be on leave with my family from December 16 until January 3 next year.

Clr Sally Nene on 073 0588 402 and Clr Alta de Beer on 082 777 1406 will be standing in for me for emergency electricity or water issues, so please contact them in emergencies.

To report any service delivery issues contact the metro’s call centre on 0860 543 000, free SMS 30788 (start with the word EMM, the complaint and then the address).

There is also the Ekurhuleni app which can be downloaded.

Please get a reference number before sending your complaint to the councillors.

Note that all Ekurhuleni offices, except essential services, will be closed from December 22 until January 2 next year.

Make sure your Ekurhuleni accounts are paid up to date.

Remember all third party payments take up to seven days to reflect on your account, so ensure you make your payments on time.

I wish all Ward 36 residents a wonderful, safe and peaceful festive season -may 2018 be a blessed year.

Travel safe and see you in 2018.
