Celebrate Camera Day with GCN
Send a photo of yourself and your camera, or just of your camera, in celebration of Camera Day on June 29.
Taking photos has increasingly become part of our daily routine – well, for many of us.
People take photos of different things, including nature, family, friends and themselves.
As fun as you might find it just to snap away, have you ever taken the time to appreciate the equipment you use to capture those precious moments?
Although we have smartphones that take some of the most beautiful photos, the focus will be on cameras tomorrow (June 29).
It will be Camera Day and a day not only to take as many photos as you can, but to appreciate your camera a bit more.
For some, taking photos is a profession while others do it as a hobby, but truly speaking none of it would be possible without the camera itself.
The GCN wants to help you show off the love you have for your camera.
Take a photo of yourself and your camera, or just the camera on its own, email it to us and enjoy looking at your photo on the GCN’s website tomorrow.
Email your photo/s as separate jpg attachments to pulengs@caxton.co.za, include your name and surname.
Alternatively, add us on WhatsApp using 079 406 1181 and send your photo/s on WhatsApp.
If you already have the GCN on WhatsApp, then it is as easy as sending your photo on our WhatsApp number.
