The National Water and Sanitation Minister Nomvula Mokonyane and Ekurhuleni’s executive mayor, Clr Mzwandile Masina led a prayer session for rain with Prophet Paseka Motsoeneng at the Incredible Happenings Church in Katlehong, last Sunday.
The prayer comes as drought persists in the country, threatening to rapidly deplete the country’s water resources.
Residents are urged to use water sparingly.
