Celebrating 50 years of serving the community
The elderly enjoyed a special day of fun recently.
Rest-a-While Service Centre for the Elderly recently held its 50th birthday celebration.
The elderly had great fun and enjoyed the morning with great entertainment from Pieter Cloete.
Trudy Carreira, the manager of the centre, the members and the executive committee thank Pieter for always dedicating his time to the elderly, as well as all the sponsors who made the day special, including Ackermans Pharmacy, which sponsored the T-shirts, Roxana Fruit, Rex Diff and Gearbox, Jesus at Work Fishers’ Hill and Sweet Shopper Primrose.
