Local company makes a difference

Johnson Matthey SA continues to help the community of Dukathole.

Germiston South-based company Johnson Matthey SA recently continued its community outreach programme.

With the help of the Germiston SAPS a team from the company visited Ekurhuleni Primary School, in Dukathole, to distribute 300 care packs to the school’s Grade Four to Seven girls.

Included in the care packs were sanitary towels, toothpaste, deodorants and soaps bought by the company.

The company didn’t stop there but continued into Dukathole and the Good Hope informal settlement to visit 60 families in need. The families were identified by the school and community members.
