Help animals by donating to the SPCA’s Christmas Cheer Fund

Christmas Cheer Fund gets off the ground.

The Germiston SPCA’s Christmas Cheer Fund has begun with a number of donations coming in this week.

Currently the fund is sitting on R1 990.85, but far more is needed to help the animals in need of care this festive season.

The city’s animals are counting on you to help make a difference in their lives.

During the festive season the SPCA is inundated with animals as many are abandoned or roam the streets as strays and the society needs extra funds to help feed and care for them.

All the money raised will go towards the care of abused, abandoned and stray animals over the festive period.

So, do your bit this festive season and help change the life of an animal.

All donations will be acknowledged in the GCN on a weekly basis.

It is so easy to help.

All you need to do is make a donation, big or small, it doesn’t matter, as every cent helps.

When making your donation, please give your first name and surname, so that you can be thanked properly in the GCN.

Donations can be made at the Germiston SPCA’s kennels, in Junction Road, Driehoek or paid straight into the Germiston SPCA’s bank account.

The banking details are as follows:

Bank: FNB – Eastgate

Branch code: 257 705

Account number: 51112716150

Account holder: SPCA Germiston

Reference: Christmas Cheer and your full name.
