Boks run rampant against US Eagles
The Springboks booked their quarter-final place in the 2015 Rugby World Cup with a demolition job of the USA.
It is hard to believe that it has been little over two weeks since South Africa suffered a shock defeat to Japan in their opening match of the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
Fortunately, all those ghosts seem to be behind the Springboks, as they put on an impressive second-half performance against the US Eagles to win 64-0.
In doing so, the two-time World Cup winners secured their quarter-final spot in the tournament.
Points were hard to come by in the first half, with the Boks having only a try by Damian de Allende and a penalty try to show for their efforts after 40 minutes.

However, as the match opened up in the second half, the team ran in eight unanswered tries to leave the US Eagles stunned.
Springboks wing Bryan Habana was influential throughout the match, and now stands level with Jonah Lomu on a record-equalling 15 tries at Rugby World Cups.
