The case of the man accused of murdering the two young boys, who were found in a BMW in Germiston, has been sent to the Johannesburg High Court for a decision.
“The court will decide whether or not it will try the case, or if it will be sent back to the Magistrates Court for trial,” said Const Elizabeth Munguni, communications officer for the Mondeor SAPS.
The accused appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrates Court on September 2, when the decision was taken.
The man (29) was arrested for the murder of Bonolo Africa (11) and Thato Africa (2), after their bodies were discovered at 6pm on Wednesday, July 8, in a white BMW 316i, by members of the Germiston SAPS.
He is also accused of murdering Vincent Africa (42), whose body was discovered at his Naturena home.
Munguni said that no decision had been taken by the court as yet.
