Man arrested for murder of two young boys and man.

The Mondeor police have arrested a 29-year-old man in connection with the murder of the two young boys found in a BMW, in Germiston, on Wednesday evening.

The Germiston SAPS have transferred the case to the Mondeor SAPS after the body of a 42-year-old man was found in his home in Naturena.

“It is believed the two young boys were staying with the victim,” said WO André de Jager, spokesman for the Germiston SAPS.

Const Elizabeth Munguni, communications officer for the Mondeor SAPS, told the GCN that the victim had been hit on the head with a garden spade which resulted in his death.

She said that the suspect had been nabbed in Naturena on Thursday and was appearing in the Johannesburg Magistrates Court on Monday to face charges of murder.

De Jager added that the police had a witness who had seen the suspect driving the BMW with the two boys inside.

Police are still awaiting an autopsy report on the bodies of the two young boys which will determine the cause of death.
