Local club congratulates player
Dinwiddie Tennis Club player placed third at tournament.
A member from the Dinwiddie Tennis Club attended a tournament at the Glenvista Country Club, which took place from June 30 to July 2.
Caleb Gopal made the club proud when he placed third in the advanced category.
“This is a great achievement, especially considering that it was his first tennis tournament and the tough opposition he went up against,” said the local club’s coach, Nthato Morakabi.
The club offers lessons to beginner, intermediate and advanced players every Saturday from 10am till noon.
