Cubs, Cubettes collect goods for the SPCA
Children think of the animals.
The Cubs and Cubettes (boys and girls aged seven and 11) from the First Wychwood Scout Troop recently did their bit for the animals of the Germiston SPCA.
The troop collected food, blankets and bowls from patrons at Primrose Pick n Pay.
“The troop found the patrons to be incredibly generous,” said Janine Whitehead, public relations officer for the First Wychwood Scouts.
The children delivered all the goods they had collected to the Germiston SPCA.
