Hirsch’s Meadowdale held a successful “banting” expo at the store, last Saturday.
At the Hirsch’s Meadowdale “banting” expo people were asked to bring along a bag of clothes to be donated to Clothes 2 Good.
Thanks to the help of the Serengeti and Ebotse estates, public relations and marketing officer for Hirsch’s East Rand, Brigitte Thysse collected 75 bags of clothes.
You can still donate until the end of June, at Hirsch’s Meadowdale.
Mariette Vandoorn, from Berry Cherry Fresh Strawberries, shows off some of the delicious strawberries which can be eaten when following the “banting” lifestyle.
