Residents of Primrose want to know what is happening in Cemetery Road.
The road has been closed off to traffic for sereval weeks now, yet residents are still unsure what is being done.
The GCN approached the metro for answers.
Themba Gadebe, spokesman for the metro responded to the GCN’s queries with the following:
- What is being done?
“Rand Water is currently busy installing a new main water line.
“The project consists of various stages where different sections of Cemetery Road will be closed.”
- When will the road be reopened?
“Final completion of all phases is scheduled for November 2015.”
