Youth Desk’s efforts recognised

CPF chairman thanks youth desk for their efforts.

Members of the Primrose Crime Prevention Youth Desk (PCPYD) were thanked for the role they played in helping those who were displaced during the recent xenophobic attacks.

The members were honoured at the recent imbizo, held at the Germiston City Hall and attended by residents of informal settlements throughout Ekurhuleni.

Chairman of the Provincial Community Policing Board Andy Mashaile praised the PCPYD members for the effort they made in helping refugees who sought safety at the camp set up in front of the Primrose Police Station.
