Primrose police visit Abundant Life Ministry School

Substance abuse and bullying focus of school visit.

Primrose police, together with community patrollers and the Primrose Crime Prevention Youth Desk (PCPYD), recently visited Abundant Life Ministry School.

The visit was aimed at promoting a safer learning environment for the children.

Members of PCPYD performed an educational drama focusing on substance abuse.

Capt Patricia Fakude then spoke to the pupils about the effects of bullying.

“We thank the PCPYD members for helping the police to reduce crime in the area and assisting in outreach projects such as these,” said Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.

“We are appealing to more young people to come out and join the PCPYD to assist in future projects.”
