Enterprise development programme launched at Emperors Palace

New Enterprise Development Project at the Palace of Dreams aims to drive new service levels in the transfers and shuttle sector.

Peermont’s Emperors Palace in Kempton Park is investing in entrepreneurship by launching a new enterprise development programme.

Qalabotjha Transport (Pty) Ltd is a privately owned transport and shuttle services business which operates daily from the Palace of Dreams.

Qalabotjha Transport is the creation of former Emperors Palace employees Beauty Sefara and Dovhani Tshitema.

“Qalabotjha Transport specialises in airport and private transfers, and shuttle services for individuals as well as group bookings.

“Our mission is being punctual, knowledgeable and passionate, ensuring that our guests have a truly memorable experience in Gauteng and the surroundings,” said Sefara, who serves as a transport manager and co-owner and who joined Emperors Palace in 2018 as a travel consultant.

“We deeply value our relationship with all our Clients and we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best.”

Qalabotjha Transport is equipped with a fleet of new vehicles, consisting of four Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, three luxury Mercedes-Benz C200s and two VW Kombis.

Shuttles will be equipped with trailers at all times and we also operate chauffeur driver services to all hotels at Emperors Palace on request.

Qalabotjha Transport employs a further ten members of the team consisting of nine drivers and a tour guide who assists us with day tours and trips.

“We are very grateful to be given this opportunity to render the service at Emperors Palace,” said Sefara.

“After so many years of hard work and the passion we had for our jobs, it’s like a dream that today we are business owners.

“It comes with a lot of work and pressure, the truth is, it has never been an easy one but we will conquer.”
