The Ekurhuleni Basketball Association (EBA) hosted one of the biggest events of the summer, the 3×3 Basketball Tournament, at East Point Shopping Centre in Boksburg, from December 5 to 10.

Eighty teams from schools and clubs across Gauteng played in the tournament, and teams from Germiston joined in to represent Ekurhuleni.
Teams, individual players, boys and girls were rewarded for their performances.
“We plan to run bigger and better events of this nature every three months in shopping malls across Ekurhuleni and Johannesburg,” said EBA Head of Development Seaparo Ramaube.
