Local children join church youth programme
The event coordinator Brandon Stewart said they had volunteers who coordinated the games and supervised the children.
Cornerstone Church in Klopperpark hosted its annual Big Saturday, a youth programme themed Heart of Champions on August 13.

Children enjoyed their day in the sun and were served snacks. This time they invited all the children from Klopperpark.
The event coordinator Brandon Stewart said they had volunteers who coordinated the games and supervised the children.
“We played bucket ball toss, tug of war among other games and the children loved them,” said Stewart.
The event formed part of the church’s community outreach programmes.
“As a church, we also have the opportunity to teach Grade R children at Klopperaprk Primary School. On Sundays we have morning sessions with about 60 children”, said Stewart.
