Police appeal to report suspicious activity

Sergeant Styles Maome Primrose SAPS communications officer said the community should not wait until crime is committed.

Primrose SAPS appealed to the community of Primrose to report suspicious vehicles, persons or activities to the police.

Sgt Styles Maome, Primrose SAPS communications officer, said the community should not wait until a crime is committed.

“In most cases, the criminals observe first before they can commit any crime. We appeal for our community to be the eyes and the ears.”

Moame explained when reporting to police at Primrose they encourage the community to take down the name of an officer or person they are reporting to and the time.

Anyone witnessing any incidences can report to Primrose police at 011 842 0522 and patrol vehicles at 071 675 6864/5/6/7/8/9 or crime stop at 0860 010 111.
