Attend the Germiston SPCA’s virtual AGM
The SPCA will hold the meeting via Microsoft Teams.
The Germiston and Bedfordview SPCA will be holding its AGM for the 2019/2020 financial year on July 25 at 2pm.
The meeting will take place in a virtual format via Microsoft Teams.
The meeting will consider the business set forth in the agenda and come to resolutions thereon as may be deemed expedient.
Patrons wishing to attend the virtual meeting must email to liaison1@spcagermiston.co.za at least 10 days prior to the meeting to receive a link.
The SPCA encourages all community members to attend the AGM, but only paid-up members of the society in good standing are eligible to vote.

The agenda will be distributed seven days prior to the meeting.
During the course of the meeting, a new management committee will be elected.
People wishing to make themselves available for election to the management committee must submit their names in writing to the secretary, to arrive no later than seven clear days before the date set for the AGM.
Each submission must be accompanied by a one-page curriculum vitae/motivation which will be made available for the members to read at the annual general meeting.
