Covid-19: Elderly residents SAVF’s top priority
SAVF Kinross and SAVF Della Villa are guided by the SAVF national task team on how to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic.
SAVF Kinross Herberg and SAVF Della Villa are caring for their elderly residents with the guidance of the SAVF national office.

“Our national office has put together a task team that monitors the processes and procedures and continuously guides and keeps the organisation up to date,” explained manager Jozelle Steenkamp.
“We are kept up to date through emails and an internal online communication application.”
In line with the guidelines set out by the task team, Kinross and Della Villa are promoting hand sanitising, social distancing, as well as additional safe working and social interaction habits for both the residents and staff.

“We have introduced a hold on visitors from outside, as well as suspended any gatherings where a member or members from the public are involved,” said Steenkamp.
