EMPD traces and arrests 11 wanted men in Ekurhuleni

A special investigation led to the arrest of 11 wanted suspects.

The EMPD Public Order Policing Unit visited different police stations last Thursday, between midnight and 4pm.

At the police stations they collected SAPS dockets containing information of wanted suspects who had disappeared after criminal cases were opened against them or who had failed to appear in the Magistrate’s Courts when being summoned.

Eleven male suspects were traced.
