While conducting various crime-prevention operations last weekend, the Germiston SAPS managed to crack down on crime in their precinct, resulting in the arrest of 36 suspects.
Perpetrators were arrested on charges of theft, assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH), shoplifting, driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of an unlicensed firearm, common robbery, possession of drugs, public indecency and the possession of dagga.
All suspects were expected to appear in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court this week.
