Man arrested during routine patrol

Man nabbed for possession of suspected stolen property, while accomplice escapes.

While on a routine patrol in Cornflower Road last Friday, officers from the Primrose Police Station arrested a 29-year-old man on a charge of possession of suspected stolen property.

“Officers noticed the accused and another man carrying several items down the road,” said Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.

“As they approached the men they dropped what they were carrying and ran in different directions.”
