69ers win Last Man Standing First Division finals

A slightly damp pitch could not stop teams from competing in the Last Man Standing first and second division finals recently.

69ers faced Willey Wonkas in the Last Man Standing First Division finals on Sunday.

The match took place at Laerskool Delville.

The downpour on Saturday night delayed match proceedings by an hour.

However, all efforts to ready the pitch for the finals were not in vain as teams filled their positions and got the match underway following clearance by the umpires.
