Germiston ready to bowl into the second half of the season

Germiston City Cricket Club is ready to tackle the second half of the Easterns Cricket League.

After a great start to the Easterns Cricket League, Germiston City Cricket Club (GCCC) is ready to take a well-deserved break before tackling the second half of the season.

The club ended the first half of the season fifth on the log in the Sunday Promotion League, second on the Sunday Presidents League log and fourth on the Saturday Fifth League log.

However, the club’s Saturday First League side has now withdrawn from the league.

The club is calling on all interested parties to join them for what promises to be a fun-filled second half of the season.

Germiston play their home matches at the Germiston City Sports Grounds in Vimy Ridge Road, Delville, with practices on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
