Gospel fans will enjoy spirit-filled day of praise

All White Gospel Picnic returns to Carnival City.

The second instalment of the annual All White Gospel Picnic is headed to Carnival City and promises to be even bigger and better than last year.

Renowned South African gospel performers are collaborating to present the gospel music festival of the season at Carnival City on November 24.

The All White Gospel Picnic is a family-friendly, outdoor celebration on Carnival City’s Festival Lawns.

Vusi Gcabashe, All White Gospel Picnic spokesperson, said that after a successful inaugural event in 2017, the organisers are proud to be back with a bigger and better offering this year.

“We have a top-quality line-up and believe the event will appeal to a wider audience of music lovers.

“Fans can expect a well organised event with top quality sound and performances, all in a safe and secure environment,” he said.

Neyi Zimu will be performing at the annual All White Gospel Picnic at Carnival City on November 24.

More than 12 000 people are expected to come to Carnival City to see some of South Africa’s gospel greats such as Lebo Sekgobela, Kholeka, Abathandwa (of eeh Moya Wam fame), Sipho Ngwenya, Putuma Tiso, Ayanda Ntanzi, Neyi Zimu and many more acts on one stage.

“Gospel music lovers and their families can enjoy these much-loved artists perform all the gospel classics and favourites, into the night,” said Michelle Smith, marketing manager for Carnival City.

This premium lifestyle event, dubbed one of South Africa’s biggest events on the gospel calendar, brings together thousands of gospel lovers for a spirit-filled day of praise and worship in a relaxed, picnic setting geared to accommodate the entire family.

This year fans can expect a bigger stage, children’s play area and even a retail garden.
