Bertha Gxowa Hospital informs community of new phone number

Bertha Gxowa Hoapital has new new contact details and updated software to help with payments.

Please note that Bertha Gxowa Hospital has changed their contact number.

The 010 344 2997 number is no longer in use as it was challenging to trace calls effectively, therefore,  affecting communication internally and externally.

The hospital number has been changed to 011 278 7600 which will direct callers straight to the hospital’s switchboard where they will then be redirected to their desired departments.

The hospital has also introduced a new speed point.

“Patients will be happy to know that as of the beginning of November, we have introduced speed points as a payment method,” said Thabile Mkhatshwa, communications and PR officer for the hospital.

“The service was previously unavailable but will now become available at our tellers as well as the Accident, Trauma and Emergency Unit.”
