Germiston City celebrated a successful 2017/18 Easterns Cricket League, and the club is ready to tackle the new season.

The club placed second in the Saturday Second League, fifth in the Sunday Promotion League, fourth in the Sunday Executive League and second in the Sunday Presidents League.

This was on the back of only one Saturday side the previous season.

“The teams’ performances in last year’s leagues is something we can be proud of,” said club chairperson David Ungerer.
