Show your support at Dickie Fritz fund-raiser

Community members can look forward to stalls selling books, antiques and memorabilia.

Community members are invited to attend a fund-raiser for veterans in need and the South African War Graves Society (SAWGS).

The fund-raiser will be held at the Dickie Fritz Memorable Order of Tin Hats Complex and Shellhole on July 21.

Community members can look forward to stalls selling books, antiques and memorabilia.

Vintage vehicles, models, military equipment and much more will be on display.

Lt Col Wynand Toit will be the event’s guest speaker and he will also sign his books.

The MOTHs Women Association will sell food.

Funds raised will be donated to the Edenvale MOTHS and used by SAWGS to repair, restore and maintain war graves, and memorials.

The fund-raiser will be held at 115 Dickie Fritz Avenue, Dowerglen, Edenvale.

It will start at 9am and end late.

Entrance will cost R30 for anyone older than 12-years-old.
