Kicking their way to nationals

The Mark Strydom SA JKA Karate Centre members are heading for nationals scheduled to take place this weekend.

It is going to be a busy weekend for the 11 members of the Mark Strydom SA JKA Karate Centre who will be taking part in the SA JKA National Championships on May 25 and 26.

The event will be held at the Standard Bank Stadium in Johannesburg and will see 3 000 entrants taking part.

The team, who ranges from yellow to black belts, have been training hard and feel they are ready for the championships where they will compete in both kata and kumite.
