Blooming lovely orchids to go on show
Orchid lovers must not miss the East Rand Orchid show.
The East Rand Orchid show will be showcasing beautiful blooms on May 11 and 12.
The event is the perfect place to take your mom for a Mother’s Day outing with a difference.
On May 11 the show is open from noon to 6pm and on May 12 from 8am to 4pm.
On the Saturday, demonstrations will take place at 10am, noon and 2pm.
The event takes place at the Edenvale Community Centre, situated on the corner of van Riebeeck Avenue and Second Street in Edenvale.
A nominal entrance fee will be charged and pensioners will have free entrance on the Friday.
