The Germiston SAPS recently had several successes.
The first was the arrest of nine suspects.
The accused were arrested by members of the Germiston SAPS Task Team.
Eight of the men were charged with possession of dagga, and one with the possession of drugs.
All of the accused appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court where their cases were postponed for various reasons.
The second success shared by the station was the conviction of eight suspects who were found guilty of the possession of explosives in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court.
They were sentenced to 12 months in prison.
