New number for El-Shammah

El-Shammah Home for Abandoned Babies and Place of Safety has a new number.

El-Shammah Home for Abandoned Babies and Place of Safety has changed its landline number.

“We were experiencing a lot of problems with our previous phone lines,” said Merencia Scholtz, manager at the home.

“We would go for days without phones lines and we were worried that we would miss important calls.”

Scholtz also said they have already updated their new numbers on their website.

“We have already changed our numbers on our various platforms so when people search for us they are able to find our new numbers,” said Scholtz.

“Our new number is 011 054 0530 and we hope we won’t experience problems going forward because every call is important to us.”
