Community opens their hearts to Knysna fire victims
Donations come in for the #Knysna fire relief efforts.
The Germiston community heeded the GCN’s call to help donate to those affected by the Knysna fires.
People dropped off donations for the #Knysna fire relief efforts at the Germiston City News’ office.
Tinned goods, pet food, blankets, toiletries, old tents and clothes were among the items donated.
Sarah Segalla (3) gave her mother (Michelle) some of her toys to donate and said; “I want the children in Knysna to know that I love them.”
The GCN thanks the community for their generous donations which will help make a difference to those affected by the fires.
