Children light the way
Blankets and warm clothes collected at Dinky Dolly Nursery School’s Lantern Walk.
Learners at Dinky Dolly Nursery School held their annual Lantern Walk, recently.
Community members supported the children’s initiative and came out in numbers.
The children began their walk at the Elsburg Town Hall and made their way through the streets of Elsburg, holding their lanterns, until their final stop at their school.
The aim of the event was to collect as many warm clothes and blankets for the needy as possible.
People brought along their donations and made the walk a worthwhile experience and success.
