Star-studded cast brings Fiela se Kind to life

The incredible tale of Fiela se Kind comes to life at Emperors Palace.

The stage adaptation of Dalene Matthee’s influential masterpiece Fiela se Kind (Fiela’s Child) – the story of a Cape Coloured woman who adopted an abandoned white child found in the woods – will take place at the Theatre of Marcellus at Emperors Palace.

The show takes place from June 20 to July 2.

Presented by Lefra Productions and directed by Frans Swart, the show boasts a star-studded cast that will see industry stalwart, Shaleen Surtie-Richards, playing the role of Fiela Komoetie.

Surtie-Richards will be joined on stage by a talented cast, including Marissa Claasen, Jaime du Toit, Johnny Klein, and many more.

The show will be performed from Tuesdays to Saturdays at 8pm, with matinee shows on Thursdays at 2pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays at 3pm.
