Plenty of V8 action at The Rock Raceway
Support Germiston racer JP Taljaard at The Rock Raceway on Saturday.
It will be a showdown to victory as the hotfoot brigade power their oval chariots around the 400m circuit at The Rock Raceway, in Brakpan, on May 13.
Germiston’s JP Taljaard will also be in action with his V8 Outlaw Sprint car.
Plenty of V8 action will ensure all the high power thrills.
“A host of 2L Hot Rods will also be in action as they challenge each other for the ultimate podium spot and silverware to match,” said Abie Sada, marketing manager and commentator at The Rock Raceway.
“There will also be plenty of other oval saloons classes racing including the 1600 Stock Rods, 1660 Modified Saloons and Super Saloons.”
Open wheelers will include Ninjas, Micro Midgets, and Formula 2 Midgets.
High speed action from Formula N circuit cars will keep fans riveted to their seats as saloon car drivers jostle for positions around the tricky race circuit.
“Come and support your favourite driver and vehicle manufacturer,” said Sada.
“Gates open at 10am and racing starts at 4pm.
“Entry fee varies for children and adults.”
